Original match programme and hard to find original match ticket for the 1977/78 Division 2 League match between Tottenham and Orient played at White Hart Lane. Spurs were the ‘big scalp’ in division, having been relegated from the top flight the previous season, so had a hard fight to gain promotion back to the top division. At time of the match, they sat top of the division and would eventually finish 3rd, gaining promotion by virtue of a better goal difference than Brighton who finished level on points in 4th.
