POSTAGE, INSURANCE & RETURNS

Postage

I simply cover the cost of the postage to send the order to you – I don’t profit from postage charges. The cost will be automatically calculated from the weight of the goods you order (using Royal Mail rates).

At checkout you will be offered all the differing postage options available for you depending on weight of order, along with Insured Signed For and Special Delivery Options. Simply select the option you want and your goods will be dispatched accordingly.

Orders received prior to 12pm will be posted the same day. Orders received after midday, may go same day if post office run not done, otherwise will be dispatched the morning after order.

Insured / Tracked Delivery

I obtain Certificate of Postage for every single order dispatched – this gives cover for up to £20.

For orders over £20 we recommend the Insured Signed for (covers upto £50) or Special Delivery (cover upto £250 as standard with additonal cover upto £2500 available).  Where insured option taken, I will update you with tracking number once order sent

If this additional cover is not selected, then the order will be dispatched under a Certificate of Postage, but will only have maximum of £20 cover in the event of item(s) getting lost in the post. I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post once certificate of postage obtained, but if such an incident occurs, I will put claim in with Royal Mail but can only pay out compensation upto the limit that Royal Mail will payout for the postage option you have chosen – whilst it is rare that items go astray, it is this compensation limit that guides us to the recommendation of selecting suitable insured postage option for your order.

Packaging

As a collector, I know all too well the disappointment of receiving an item that has been damaged due to inadequate packaging. I always package items within plastic wallet inside a brand new board backed envelope for protection during the postage system. I want the item to arrive in as good condition as it leaves me.

Returns

As I provide between 3 and 6 close up photos of the actual items you are ordering and detail any faults on items, returns are not accepted.

For this reason, please satisfy yourself of the condition of the item from description and photos before purchasing.
